One of the hardest things to hear is “you have cancer”. One of the good things is that you are not alone and there are many people you can lean on for support. I have been working with oncology patients for 7 years and it has truly been a blessing. I am here to help overcome fears, obstacles, and anxiety related to food and diet.

my journey
Since junior year in high school, I fell in love with nutrition. Every day I learn something new and exciting about nutrients in the body - and love to share my findings with others. My first career choice was to become a dietitian and I went to college for 6 years to do so. I have now been a Registered and Licensed Dietitian for 8 years, helping hundreds of clients - each with their own personalized and unique nutrition therapy needs.
I use a mind, body, and soul lifestyle approach, as each of these work together to create a healthier well-being. I work with clients to balance the three of these so making healthier choices and being able to perform those healthier choices are simple. Everyone has their own personalized goals and I always look forward to understanding those goals and working through obstacles to achieve one’s individual lifestyle.
