About
Randi Leigh Cianciotti, MS, RD, LDN
My Journey
Hello! My name is Randi. I am so happy you decided to visit my page! I have loved food and nutrition since I was a young girl and knew I wanted to be a dietitian since high school. My favorite classes were always the sciences and health - and then, of course food and nutrition labs. I excelled in those areas and knew I needed to pursue a career focusing on these subjects. So, I went on to become a Registered Dietitian. I have experience in nutrition education, food service, and community nutrition ranging from pre-school age to the elderly population. I recently worked in an acute-care clinical setting at a local hospital and an outpatient cancer center providing nutrition education, counseling, and medical therapy for various conditions.
I believe in fueling the body with essential nutrients while feeling truly happy and in-tune with your own lifestyle, mind, and spirit. The food we eat is a part of who we are – a gateway into our personality, culture, habits, preferences, family, and inspirations.
My focus is on the whole person – meaning the mind, body, and soul. I not only believe in fueling the body with wholesome foods, but also in feeding the mind with positive thoughts and the soul with peaceful energy. This helps us stay connected within ourselves to start and continue with our own journeys.

Your Journey
Your journey is as unique as you are! It is possible you are just at the beginning or maybe you are stuck somewhere in the middle. You may have gone in a different direction or started a new path recently. Wherever you are at – I am here to help!
Surprisingly, focusing on yourself is not always easy. We all struggle. We attempt to do what we are supposed to but feel like it is not working. We jump on the latest nutrition trend, buy popular superfoods, search endlessly for the right recipes to make, and create new routines – all while we are tired, stressed, and possibly overworked.
Do not be discouraged if you are struggling with your goals or find that you may need more support! This site will provide you with information, tips, and tools to help you feel more secure and prepared to start, or re-start, building a healthy routine.
Need a Registered Dietitian?
your wish has come true…
I have counseled many patients and clients over the years including those with heart issues, kidney problems, diabetes, lung diseases, digestive disorders, and cancer. I worked on the cardiac units in the hospital, as well as the gastrointestinal and surgical floors. I have seen and heard a variety of nutritional nightmares. As an experienced dietitian in all of these areas, I know just the information that is right for you! My philosophy is based on the BODY, MIND, and SOUL, which means we can work together to tackle physical issues as well as mental obstacles. It is not always easy, but starting somewhere is all it takes to get back to feeling whole again.
